These terms apply to your use of ccinteriorcontractor.com and to interior, civil, renovation and turnkey execution work carried out by Creative Concept, Andheri West, Mumbai. A written quotation or work order, once accepted, sets the scope, price and timeline for that project and prevails if it differs from these general terms.
Our work
Creative Concept executes approved interior and civil work. That can include residential and office interiors, civil finishing, gypsum, painting, plumbing, electrical coordination, furniture and related site work described in the quotation. We carry out the agreed scope. Design, architectural drawings and statutory approvals remain the responsibility of the person or consultant who prepared them, unless a quotation expressly includes that service.
Estimates and quotations
Figures discussed on a call, on WhatsApp, or through the website enquiry form are indicative until we issue a written quotation. A quotation is based on the site condition, drawings and brief available at that time. It stays valid for the period stated on it, or for 15 days if no period is stated. Work starts only after you accept the quotation and any advance mentioned in it is received.
What we need from you
- Timely access to the site during agreed working hours
- Approved drawings, material selections and decisions when the work needs them
- Clearance of the work area, and information about concealed services, society rules or building restrictions
- Payment as per the schedule in the quotation or work order
Delay in access, decisions or payment can shift the completion date. We will tell you when a delay is outside our control.
Changes to the scope
Any addition, deletion or change after work has started — including a different material, layout or finish — is a variation. We will confirm the cost and time effect before carrying it out, except where an immediate change is needed for safety or to protect finished work. Unapproved extra work is not included in the original price.
Materials and workmanship
We use materials of the brand, grade and finish described in the quotation. Where you supply material, we are responsible for fixing it with reasonable care, not for defects in the material itself. Natural stone, wood and handmade finishes can vary in tone and grain; that variation is not a defect. Site protection is maintained during our work. Please keep finished areas clear of other agencies unless we have agreed joint working.
Time for completion
Any period we give is an estimate from the date we have site access, approved details and the advance. It can move because of late decisions, material lead times, society permissions, weather, or work by other contractors on the same site. We do not treat an estimate as a guaranteed handover date unless the work order says so in writing.
Payment
Invoices follow the stages in the quotation. Work may pause if a stage payment is overdue. Materials delivered to site and work done up to that date remain payable. Taxes, if applicable, are charged as stated on the quotation.
Handover and defects
On completion we walk through the work with you and note snags that are part of the agreed scope. We will attend to those snags within a reasonable time. Damage caused after handover, misuse, or work altered by others is outside that attendance.
Website and project photographs
Text, photographs and layout on this website belong to Creative Concept unless stated otherwise. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may photograph completed work and show it in our portfolio and gallery, without publishing your personal contact details.
Liability
Our responsibility for a project is limited to re-doing or repairing the defective portion of our own workmanship, or refunding the price of that portion, as we reasonably decide. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of rent, or delay caused by approvals, other agencies, or information we were not given. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Use of this website
The website is for general information about our execution work. It is not a contract and not a substitute for a site visit. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or send false enquiry details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, subject to any specific dispute clause in a work order.
